2. Description of Service

RoyaTabir is an AI-powered dream interpretation platform rooted in Islamic and Eastern scholarly traditions. The Service provides dream interpretations, personal dream journals, and related features. Dream interpretations are generated using artificial intelligence and are intended for reflective and entertainment purposes only.

RoyaTabir does not provide medical, psychological, religious, or spiritual advice. Dream interpretations should not be used as a substitute for professional guidance of any kind.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Providing accurate and complete information when registering

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service.

4. Credits and Payments

RoyaTabir operates on a credit-based system:

• New users receive 3 complimentary welcome credits upon registration
• Each dream interpretation consumes 1 credit
• Additional credits can be purchased through our secure payment system powered by Stripe
• Credits do not expire and are non-transferable between accounts
• Credit packages: $2 for 8 credits, $5 for 22 credits, $10 for 50 credits, $20 for 110 credits

5. Refund Policy

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of our Service:

• All credit purchases are non-refundable once completed
• Used and unused credits are not eligible for refunds
• Credits do not expire and remain available in your account indefinitely
• In the event of a technical error resulting in credits not being added to your account, please contact us at support@royatabir.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RoyaTabir to:

• Submit content that is harmful, offensive, or violates any applicable law
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Share your account credentials with others

7. Intellectual Property

The RoyaTabir name, logo, design, and all content created by us are protected by intellectual property laws and belong to JA BAKU CORP (Operating as RoyaTabir). You retain ownership of the dream descriptions you submit.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Dream interpretations are AI-generated and for personal reflection only. They do not constitute religious rulings (fatwas) or professional advice of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JA BAKU CORP (Operating as RoyaTabir) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your credits and dream history will be permanently deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
