Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe — we never store your card details
We store only the amount paid and credits purchased for your records

4. Dream Content & AI Processing
When you submit a dream, the text is sent to Anthropic (our AI provider) to generate the interpretation. Dream descriptions are stored in our secure database to power your personal journal. We encourage you not to include sensitive personal information in your dream descriptions.

Supabase — user accounts, dream history, credits, and preferences
Clerk — authentication and login security
Stripe — payment processing
Vercel — hosting and serving the application
All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS.
6. Third-Party Services
Anthropic — AI model provider for dream interpretations
Google — Optional Google sign-in (policies.google.com/privacy)
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
8. Your Rights
Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
Correction — request that we correct inaccurate data
Deletion — request that we delete your account and all associated data
Portability — request your dream journal data in a portable format
Objection — object to certain processing of your data

9. Data Retention
Your dream history and notes are permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion
Payment records may be retained for up to 7 years for legal and accounting purposes
10. Children's Privacy
RoyaTabir is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
11. International Users
RoyaTabir serves users globally including Turkey, the Middle East, Central Asia, and beyond. By using the Service, you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in Canada and the countries where our service providers operate. We comply with applicable Canadian privacy laws including PIPEDA.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
